Fear of Online visibility!

One of the main problems people have to get online and be a resident is the fear of visibility.
In our traditional life we have all have some level of personal life which we can share only with close friends as we wish. We can tell a friend a secret and show him/her some photos of our last trip and also discuss our personal opinion on certain topics without fear of being judged by others who we don't know us.
But if we use public media to share our idea, photo, memories or any part of our private life, it is all there for every body and they can see it and comment on it and share it based on their own views which won't necessarily reflect our personal opinion as they see it through their own eyes and not ours.
There are so many stories about this misunderstandings and surprising outcome of a simple ordinary moment which people reacted based on their personal views without even knowing the reality behind it. A very recent examples was what happened during a live BBC interview with Prof. Kelly.
You can read more about it hear:

So, by getting online we will expose ourselves to public judgment and not every body can tolerate this pressure. I found the following video clip a useful help to prepare ourselves for an open online community. I hope you will enjoy it too:
Best, M.
